This is a picture of my mom and myself in 1961, up in Portland Oregon--on a rare sunny day. This was our first house and near where I was born. Mom passed away this month, age 83.
I like this shot because most of the other old pics pics of me and mom were in black and white. As you could see I was a fat infant. I think I lost a lot of that weight when I learned to walk.
